Fine-tuning Workhops SEQUA
APPLICATIO has been commissioned by SEQUA respectively its project partners with the planning and implementation of two project planning workshops within the Chamber and Association Partnership Programme. Within the scope of two virtual planning workshops APPLICATIO will plan and coordinate the activities of the partnership projects for three years together with SEQUA, the German and the local project partners. This applies on the one hand to the association partnership between the OAV and the Yarlpanam Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Sri Lanka and on the other hand to the association partnership between the Fachverband Biogas e.V. in Germany and the Uganda National Biogas Alliance (UNBA) in Uganda.
Appraisal Missions for SEQUA
APPLICATIO has been contracted by SEQUA for the planning and implementation of two project appraisal missions within the Chamber and Association Partnership Programme. Within the scope of two virtual appraisal missions possible partnerships between the Federation of German Industries (BDI) and COMESA (Common Market for Eastern and Southern Africa) based in Zambia on the one hand and on the other hand a partnership between Fachverband Biogas e.V. and the Biogas Association in Serbia shall be examined and planned.
Result-based Monitoring Nigeria
APPLICATIO has been contracted by the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH to support the project "Support of the ECOWAS Commission in Organisational Development". APPLICATIO will support GIZ and the project in setting up an impact-oriented monitoring system and furthermore advise the project in planning, reporting and compliance with internal quality standards..
Virtual Planning Workshop Uganda
APPLICATIO was commissioned by Fachverband Biogas e.V. to conduct a virtual planning workshop for a chamber and association partnership project (financed by BMZ via sequa). As a hybrid event with all partners of the project, the planning workshop will result in both a detailed annual plan and a three-year plan.
Big Picture: HRD Ethiopia
APPLICATIO has been commissioned by Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) to support GIZ internal human resource development in Ethiopia. Within the framework of the "Big Pricture Development Cooperation" initiative APPLICATIO will plan and execute training courses for GIZ employees in the field of development cooperation over three years.
M&E Tools Migration Management
APPLICATIO has been commissioned by the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit GmbH (GIZ) to support the programme "Better Migration Management at the Horn of Africa" (funded by the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) and the EU) in the development and use of templates, tools and instruments for monitoring and evaluation of training courses. The instruments are intended to harmonise the current M&E instruments in the eight target countries and help to ensure quality standards for capacity development.
