gti_region.PNGAPPLICATIO was commissioned by the GIZ and the project "Support for Economic Cooperation in Sub-Regional Initiatives (SCSI)" to support the Greater Tumen Initiative (GTI) in setting up an association of chambers of commerce of the partner countries as part of the GTI structure.  The aim of the project is to provide sustainable and effective support for the establishment of the "GTI North-East Asia Chambers Association". Through consultation, research and interviews with relevant stakeholders, APPLICATIO conducts a needs analysis and analyses the needs of the private sector in the region and derives the objectives for the NEA Chambers Association.

Project Evaluation South Africa

sequa logoOn behalf of SEQUA gGmbH, APPLICATIO is carrying out a project evaluation for a vocational training partnership project between the Erfurt Chamber of Skilled Crafts  and vocational schools in South Africa. The project cooperates closely with Eastcape Midlands TVET College, Lovedale TVET College and Port Rex Technical High School. The evaluation  serves to determine the status quo (implementation) and, if applicable, to plan a further project phase or follow-up project.

Business Plan for the East African Health Platform

spectaris_logo.pngAPPLICATIO was commissioned by SPECTARIS - Deutscher Industrieverband für optische, medizinische und mechatronische Technologien e.V., to support the East African Health Platform based in Tanzania in the preparation of its business plan.

The focus of the project, which SPECTARIS is carrying out as a partner of SEQUA in East-Africa as an association partnership project, is to support and advise the East African Health Platform (EAHP) with the aim of strengthening its commitment and competence as a service provider for small and medium-sized enterprises and as a stakeholder vis-à-vis state institutions. There are also explicit plans for synergies for members of SPECTARIS, such as those arising from delegation trips or the use of contacts established locally.

Market-Study: Digital Tools for M&E

giz logoAPPLICATIO was commissioned by the German Society for International Cooperation (GIZ) to prepare a market study on "Providers of digital tools for impact-oriented monitoring". Digital tools play an increasingly important role in the impact-oriented monitoring of GIZ projects. Due to the versatile and rapid development of requirements and possibilities, corresponding tools are no longer provided as internal IT systems, but are available on the market via external providers.

APPLICATIO has been commissioned by the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit  (GIZ) to support GIZ study-tours and delegation visits  within a framework agreement. In the next two years APPLICATIO will support various incoming study trips of the GIZ with participants from all over the world.

Engaging with Indian BMOs on German dual VET
